Just a bunch of questions...

How can I purchase from the webshop?

Just select the items you want, click "Add to cart", and then go to checkout. We currently accept payments only through PayPal, unfortunately no credit cards at the moment, but contact us for further information or if you have any questions regarding other type of payments.

Are these things really vintage?

Nope. We sell retro and modern rarities too.

Can I reserve stuff?

If you'd like to reserve something, please contact us first. Reservations are held for 3 working days with a 10% deposit of the chosen item's amount, which will be applied to your purchase. The reserved item will be hidden until your final checkout.

In case the item(s) will remain unpurchased, the deposit cannot be refunded.

And what about bargaining?

All prices are fix. If you're lucky, you can get the item(s) you want cheaper during seasonal sales.

I'm a stylist / photographer / fashion editor. Can I rent items for photoshoots, magazines, etc.?

Yes, you can, though we kindly ask you to pay 30% deposit of the total cost of the chosen item(s) in advance. Please note that any damage caused during rental, VividFluxury Vintage is to be compensated and the total cost of the damaged item should be paid. A delivery note is necessary. Contact us for details.

What if the purchased shoes are big/small? What about any kind of sizing problems?

You will find every little detail you have to know about the items listed in the store. These details are pretty clear about size, exact measurements, or any kind of damages (FYI: you buy second hand stuff here, please keep in mind). Therefore we can't accept sizing returns.

You'll get the purchased items cleaned, washed, and occasionally disinfected (shoes - if it's needed).

SHIPPING:

First of all, do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Prices shown in the webshop are excluding shipping fees. 

Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days via the Hungarian Postal Service (Magyar Posta Ltd.) as registered package/mail. In case we can't rush to the post office in time, we will keep you noted. To Hungary, we use the Express Parcel Service (delivery within 2 days).

Just make sure to send us your correct contact details.

Orders outside Europe may take up to 1-2 months to arrive, depending on the delivery services. Please contact us about your preferences before buying an item. 

Personal delivery is possible, but please keep in mind that VividFluxury Vintage is a part-time business and our spare time is VERY limited. Personal delivery possible in Budapest (downtown) only.
